About Us
Intelligo Partners is a boutique consulting firm specializing in delivering front to back investment management solutions for Canadian Asset Managers. It was founded in 2012 by Gilbert Lew and Alkarim Allarakhia. Tom Hong joined the firm as a partner in 2023.

Our leadership team have a combined 70+ years of consulting experience with buy side firms and are former senior executives from large global consulting firms (Accenture/Avanade).

Our current consulting workforce consists of both full-time employees and independent contractors. We have always put our consultants first which has led to premium client experiences. Consultants can fulfill roles as business analysts, business systems analysts, project managers, as well as architects and developers, and are more than comfortable leading workstreams.

Tom is an experienced consulting practice leader specialized in investment platform and operations transformations over the past 25 years. ​

Previously, Tom was a Managing Director (Partner) at Accenture where led the Asset Management Strategy and Consulting practice in Canada for 5 years. Prior to Accenture, Tom was a Sr. Executive at InvestTech Systems Consulting where he spent nearly 20 years leading complex strategy and implementation projects. InvestTech was acquired by Accenture in 2017.

Expertise includes business architecture/analysis, product configuration, wealth/asset management front/middle/back-office operations, investment data/reporting, systems integration design, project management, and organizational change management
Alkarim Allarakhia

Delivered large scale implementations of investment management systems for top-tier asset managers in Canada and the US, including deployments of Charles River IMS, SimCorp Dimension, and Markit EDM as well as custom multi asset end-to-end trading systems.​
